Kids Have Stress Too! ®  By helping children learn positive coping strategies to deal with stress, you can help build their resiliency and prevent stress from escalating to distress, anxiety and meltdowns.  This workshop is provided for parents, care providers, teachers of children 2.5 - 6 years of age by a trained facilitator and Registered Clinical Counsellor.
