When not regulated, stress or anxiety can make even everyday activities difficult or sometimes impossible. These experiences, without management techniques, can often lead to depression. Together, through counselling and treatment, you are able to recover motivation, perspective, and gain a sense of relaxation. Counselling gives you tools with which to increase resilience, lessen the fight/flight/freeze reaction, and increase confidence.
